This coastal-contemporary project at 32 Pelican Street, Peregian Beach, was designed to create a sophisticated, resort-style retreat that bridges the gap between the modern home and its seaside environment. We utilised a palette of premium materials, featuring clean-line stone tiling and expansive timber decking, to establish seamless indoor-outdoor transitions. The design is anchored by a stunning pool area, framed by architectural glass fencing and manicured tropical greenery that provides both privacy and a lush, vibrant backdrop.
The landscape emphasises structured elegance through the use of tiered garden beds, minimalist hardscaping, and strategic lighting, ensuring the space is as functional for evening entertaining as it is for daytime relaxation. By integrating hardy, salt-tolerant species and high-quality finishes, we delivered a low-maintenance yet high-impact outdoor living area that perfectly complements the relaxed luxury of the Sunshine Coast.
